One-to-One Counselling & Psychotherapy

My clients self-refer, or are referred by their GP or other health professional.

Facilitated Counselling & Psychotherapy Groups in which you can explore and share at a deep level in a supportive group environment around specific concerns which are impacting on your life such as: Loss, Bereavement, Addiction, Serious Illness, Suicide, Self-Esteem, Addiction, Bullying, Anger Management, or more General Life Issues.
Therapeutic Peer Support Group Facilitation
Facilitated Therapeutic (as opposed to Therapy) Peer Support Groups where you can feel safe to give and to get support around shared concerns such as: Anger, Loss, Bereavement, Serious Illness, Depression, Suicide, Addiction, Bullying.
Special Interest Group Facilitation & Training Services
Training with a Therapeutic Dimension enabling the sharing of learning and experience in a supportive group environment. Opportunities are created to learn more about yourself and others; to better understand the role that particular issues play in your life, and to change those that are unhelpful. These groups can be tailor-made, and offer educational guidance around matters such as:
